[Seaside] Configuration seaside: url entries et access

Hi,

How to change the url entries in seaside? I want http://localhost
instead of http://localhost/seaside.

How to prohibit access to all directory except pier
(http://localhost/pier only)?

I have seen "Server Hostname", "Resource Base Url", "Server Path". But I
do not understand this.
