[Seaside] Configuration seaside: url entries et access

For the URLs that Seaside generates or for where Seaside is available?
What dialect, version and server do you use? Are you behind an Apache?
If yes which version?

In the /config appication you can configure how the URLs that Seaside
generates should look like. This is mostly interesting if you're
behind Apache.
