Hey John,
    http://onsmalltalk.com/a-simple-file-based-wiki-in-seaside seem's
to be a small simple seaside one (with a changeset you can filein
without too much trouble) .. 90 lines of code and lives on the
filesystem. Other than that, I am sure more than one person by now has
probably suggested Pier (although I am not entirely sure if that fits
in with your 'a' request ;)
