[Seaside] [ANN] A photoshop-like Prototype color picker

Hi all,
  You can see a demo of this color picker here [1]. This one has the
advantage of having all six picking options (H,S,V,R,G,B) and not just
Hue, but you can read further technical details in the creator's
article [2], who presents a little survey of other implementations.
The JS library has a MIT license, and so my port. I didn't try it in
IE, intentionally.
