[Seaside] rails niceties equivalents?

It looks like Rails does not necessarily include every feature, and Seaside,
the web framework might not, but are there any optional addons that people
use? It seems like the responses always focus on Seaside the web framework,
and do not mention if there is any usable code you can download that can add
these type of features.
