If you just want to output a some HTML without escaping you can use:
html html: myhtmlfilecontents

If you have a full HTML document you can try something along the lines of:

self session returnResponse: (WAResponse new
		contentType: 'text/html;
		nextPutAll: myhtmlfilecontents;
		yourself)
