Yeah, I did bck in 2005-6. I made a WAWmlCanvas and associated classes to spit out WML pages.
Worked really well. Probably not compatible with 2.8.

I may need a WAP interface again in the future so I would like to follow Seaside WAP dev if anyone is doing this.
