[Seaside] Seaside Countdown timer

I know this should be easy, but does anybody have a Seaside example of 
doing a countdown timer, like the one on the following website:

http://www.1saleaday.com/

Notice on that site, the timer where it says:

         Deal Expires in :

Followed by the timer.
