[Seaside] builder.seaside.st script not responding

Hi,
I've been trying all day to load the latest seaside 3.0 build into  a new
image. I've downloaded the script, but when I run it, I get a connection
timeout error from 208.96.32.2(pbwiki),80(http). Is the site down
for maintenance?
