[Seaside] [ANN] SqueakMVC based image sets

the small image size (8mb) could make this attractive for deployment, 
especially on shared services like slicehost - how hard would it be to add 
monticello packages loading?

it was also fun to revisit the MVC gui which was there as default when 
I started with squeak - and boy is it responsive.
