[Seaside] a note system for pharo?

I just create todo.txt (or notes.txt, etc.) in my project folder and
open it in a workspace window in the image.  (World Menu | open... |
file...).  Unfortunately, it appears Pharo "cleaned" out that
function; so I suppose I would have to just use the File Browser in
Pharo..  :(
