[Seaside] naming-urls . yes, i am confused..

i would suggest setting your dev environment to be like your production one
so that you are proxying to it when developing and then dont have to worry about
'just for dev' issues.

if you are proxying, you can use any public facing url you want and
the 'seaside url'
isnt of importance.
