[Seaside] pier: doling out user accounts..

Not out of the box, but several people have been doing this. Maybe
other people have some pointers?

I've been using a simple Seaside component to register students for
lectures, to create them a personal wiki page, register them on
mailing-lists, assign them to groups, etc.
