[Seaside] Pier on SeasideHosting problem

Hi,

I want to deploy a fresh Pier image on SeasideHosting but I have a Bad
Gateway error. See http://pharoconf-annecy.seasidehosting.st.

I've successfully deployed several Seaside images by the past but here I'm
puzzled or I'm too tired :(

What are the minimum steps to deploy the latest Pier One-Click image on
SeasideHosting ?
