[Seaside] two more jQuery widgets integrated in JQueryWidgetBox

I've added a couple of widgets to the JQueryWidgetBox repository namely:

* BubbleTip - http://www.uhleeka.com/demo/bubbletip/
* JQTools-Tabs - http://flowplayer.org/tools/tabs.html

To download and install the widgets in your image, execute the following:

Gofer new
   squeaksource: 'MetacelloRepository';
   package: 'ConfigurationOfJQueryWidgetBox';
   load.

(Smalltalk at: #ConfigurationOfJQueryWidgetBox) loadLatestVersion
