[Seaside] WASystemConfiguration - rendering a button?

Hi Julian,

Thanks for the info. I've used exactly what you suggested, in that I've
implemented my own "WAButtonAttribute"

I did consider creating an administration panel within the app, but as
we don't have any existing authentication, and a lot of our own
configurations anyway, it made better sense to keep it on the /config
page. :)
