[Seaside] weird CSS behaviour

Static copies are a good idea anyway for performance.

What you can do, rather than hardcoding absolute URLs) is set the base
url for your static files as the Resource Base Url and then use
#absoluteUrlForResource: (either on WARoot or WARenderer) to get a
full URL for a filename.
