[Seaside] ExternalFileLibrary

Hi,

I am trying to use WAExternalFileLibrary in Seaside 3.0 for Visualworks 7.7 but I cannot find how to reference the library, since it does not inherit from WAFileLibrary but from WARequestHandler.
The two example I found in the test do not seem to be the way you use the filelibrary in your app, as they need a request.

Any hint?
