[Seaside] running vnc from my image..

i am really interested in working on my production image with vnc (and
thinking this might help me debug my current setup).. but i am not
sure how to set up VNC...

i read here:

that the current pharo does not contain a working VNC, but i can get one here:

http://source.lukas-renggli.ch/unsorted/

but i am not sure of a few things..

- which file do i download?
- how do i load it up?
- will the settings for vnc just magically show up?
