[Seaside] Sending e-mails

Hi all,

I'd like to know what's the best way to send e-mails from a seaside app, so
far I've read about some Smalltalk SMTP library, using unix sendmail or
sendEmail.

sendEmail sounds like the easiest method, but I don't like depending on
external tools...

Any suggestions, tips? Any howtos around?
