[Seaside] [Pier] how to change the css

Hello,
I'm currently playing a bit with pier and have some difficulties about
setting my own css style.
I would like to know if it is possible in pier to say 'use this css file for
the whole blog'?
I would like to retrieve the default css, base my new css file on top of
this one (to know the css classes, id used), and apply it.
