As I said below:

1. take a Pharo 1.1 image:
https://gforge.inria.fr/frs/download.php/27303/Pharo-1.1-OneClick.zip

2. execute:
Gofer new
	squeaksource: 'Glamour';
	package: 'ConfigurationOfGlamourSeaside';
	load.
(Smalltalk at: #ConfigurationOfGlamourSeaside) loadDefault.
