[Seaside] Rapidly deploy your Seaside application for free using Amazon EC2 and Gemstone

HI Ron,

I didn't realise AMI's are specific to the region and a brief search of the
docs indicates Amazon doesn't make it trivial to move the AMI.

I'll look into moving the AMI this evening,
