[Seaside] Pharo/Seaside UI testing

I didn't know about SeasideTesting and I wanted a non-browser-based
test environment which WebTester didn't seem to be.

I don't know how I missed finding SeasideTesting. I will load it and
give it a try. Thanks for the pointer.
