[Seaside] Important update to TFLogin user authentication package for Seaside

I thought I should let anyone using the TFLogin package know that a couple of
important bugs are addressed in the latest version posted yesterday to
Squeaksource. ( http://www.squeaksource.com/TFLogin.html

In particular, a bug was fixed in TLCachingFileStorageAdaptor that could
cause loss of committed user data placed in TLUser>>#applicationProperties
when the Smalltalk image was terminated without saving.
