[Seaside] new release of Seaside integration for JQueryMobile

I think the issue is that jQueryMobile only interprets styles during page
load. Your post reminded me that I hadn't integrated jQueryMobile widgets
which allow dynamically added elements to be styled.

I've completed that work now:

The code is in the Pharo repository, and I'll port to VASt later this
