Just my ignorance of web tech:  the onBlur: attribute was translated into:

<script type="text/javascript">/*<![CDATA[*/$(function(){$("#LoginCredentials_username").bind("blur",function(){this.form.submit();});});/*]]>*/</script></body></html>

which I didn't find in the page source because I was looking for
onBlur:, which was replaced with .bind("blur",....
