[Seaside] new release of Seaside integration for JQueryMobile

I've just released a new version of jQueryMobile on Pharo and VASt

Some of the improvements include:

Improved "show code" - especially when trying to understand event handling.
Improved page transtions on the iPhone, the address bar on-longer
drops-down during page navigation.
Added icons, splash screen and "bookmark bubble" to support saving the app
to the home screen on an iPhone
