[Seaside] [ANN] Bootstrap for Seaside3 project (Release 0.1.0)

Hi Paul,

I explicitly want the "default" from Seaside - because otherwise I dont
get the Adaptors when loading #stable via Config browser.

To be more specific I need the "ZnZincServerAdaptor" which
is required to start and use the example browser.

I also want the test from Seaside loaded - to see if one of my extensions is
in conflict with default Seaside.
