What's the best way to contribute to the Dynamic Web Development with
Seaside (http://book.seaside.st/book )?

Is there a Github repo somewhere, like there is for
https://github.com/SquareBracketAssociates/UpdatedPharoByExample ?
Or if not, are there any plans to make a repo, by any chance? (Who are the
current maintainers / who would be the people to talk to?)
