I do it with scripts.

Launch an adaptor: ZnZincServerAdaptor startOn: 8080

Stop everything: WAServerAdaptor allSubInstances do: #stop

Launch an adaptor and set debug handler:

ZnZincServerAdaptor startOn: 8080.
WAApplication allInstancesDo: [ :app | app exceptionHandler: (Smalltalk
at: #WADebugErrorHandler) ]
