[Seaside] Seaside 3.3.0 now available

Wow that’s an impressive list of changes - it’s great to see continued improvements.

Kudos to everyone who put the effort in - it’s inspiring!

I’m keen to revisit Seaside and scratch another itch. I think this along with Pharo 7 will make for a great 2019!
