[Seaside] Why do I not see blog post here message

Hello,

I try  to make my first seaside project.
But I ran into a problem that I do not see how to solve,

The image can be found here :

*and the changes file here :

*The problem is that I do not see the text "Blog post here" under my header.

I use Pharo version 7 on Windows 10.

I hope someone can help me figure out why this happen and how to solve this
