[Seaside] Seaside PDF Book

Hi people,

I'm starting with Smalltalk and Seaside, I bought the Seaside PDF book, but the links
provided with the latest builds of the pdf book doesn't contain the Book but the front/back covers only.

The most updated version I could find was from 16 July 2014, I sent an email to seasidebook at free.fr however I haven't get any response.

I wonder if that's the most updated version. Not sure where can I get help about it.
