[Seaside] Howto Pharo-Seaside-Bootstrap on Raspberry-pi 3

Successfully, seaside and bootstrap 3 and 4 are installed in Pharoiot
correctly by installing Tonel first.
I installed it in the pharoiot-client and pharoiot-server versions.
