Our application authenticates users using RSA tokens via ACE API which was easy enough to integrate with VisualWorks DLLCC, but I'm sure similar APIs must be available in some form for other systems without needing to support LDAP etc natively.<br>

<br>Also, from my understanding of Seaside it appears that since all session and state data is stored on the web server and not on the client that it makes for a more secure environment with less effort. Is my understanding correct in this regard?<br>
