also, i can't seem to figure out how to upload files via the web<br>
interface.. i can see my CssLibrary there, but it gives me a<br>
'forbidden' when i try to look at it..<br>

my CssLibrary doesn't show up in the 'file' list, either..<br>

does this command recurse/recreate subdirectories?<br>
