[Setools] Gjallar Error if trying to create cases

Ok, good. I misunderstood you then - it sounded like you said that it
was needed to be there.

Aha! Now I finally see how Hans ended up getting this error -
Scriptaculous 137 that he used is *not* new enough to be used with the
latest Seaside and not the one in which sends of fixTemps have been
fixed. It was done in 139! Ok, phew - finally understand this. :)

Then all is fine as long as you Hans upgrade to a newer Scriptaculous,
like 141 that I use currently. Then you should be able to remove
MessageSend>>fixTemps.
