[Setools] Gjallar process design

Hello,

in the original design document, p1 I understand that Gjallar should be able to
accommodate the fact that processes change over time.

From all other docs and the discussion here I only find: 'If a process
is used in a single case, don't dare to touch the workflow again'.

So how to deal with changes in a business process?
