Hi guys,

Please invite students for whom you are sure ASAP, don't squeeze their
time for preparing proposals until last day! Until this Friday 19 UTC
have students to submit applications INCLUDING the proposals. Just
three days!

So, to repeat:

go to your project page on http://gsoc2012.esug.org/projects
click button Invite and select one student for which you are already
sure he will do the project right
don't change your invitation until really necessary
invite a second one later, maybe tomorrow or Thursday
