[SoC] Google Accounts

Hi,

It's required by Google that all partecipants in the SoC project have
Google Accounts. This includes organizers, mentors and students.

If you don't have one already, you can get one here:
https://www.google.com/accounts/NewAccount . Please note that the Gmail
account _is_ a valid Google Account.

If you have a Google Account, please list it on the wiki page.
