[SoC] Student applications begin March 14th

Giovanni,

Does this mean that we ahve been accepted as a mentoring org?  Or are  
you just planning ahead?

(Excuse me if I have missed some email; my wife's mother died on  
Friday, and I've been much taken up with other things.)
