[SoC] Soc accepted but we need the help of the board

Hi,

I've already asked this to the Google SoC admins. In order to complete
our application, I've put my personal data so the tax form will be sent
to me. This of course can be changed if the board decides it's better to
have one of the board members receive the tax form.
