[SoC] Project proposal: Improving the testing workflow

Here is a new version of the proposed development plan:

During all the project, I will take care of informing the community
and asking for its wishes and feedback. I plan to release often and
test a lot.

Here is a possible development plan to realize this project:

End of June: the new framework will be finished and thoroughly tested
   - First weeks will be dedicated to thoughts about Dakar Testing:
what needs to be changed, how...
   - Then, I will develop the model along with its tests.
   - Finally, I will implement the storage system

End of July: the browser will have basic features, a new pane...
   - During the first weeks, I will review Dakar Testing GUI.
   - Then I will plan the integration in OB and will improve OB to
support new features and tools (making it less static than currently).
   - Finally, I will modify the OB-Standard graph and implement the
features to have a working system.

End of August: every ideas will be implemented, a testing report tool
to get global testing information will be finished
   - Since August, I will use the new testing tools and framework for
this project. So that, I will have a first customer for the
application and I will be able to see and correct bugs while
discovering and implementing the features I miss.
   - Finally, a new tool allowing a global vision of all tests for a
given project will be developed.
