[SoC] Proposal Ranking

Hello,

I've submitted three proposals to Squeak for Google's Summer of Code.
For reference, the proposals are available at
<http://mrd-srv.ath.cx/soc/proposals/squeak/>. Currently, I'd most
like to work on Sake, followed by the Plan 9 port, and finally
collaborative development. Collaborative development is placed last
not because I don't find the idea interesting--quite the opposite, I'd
love to see it realized--but because I'm not entirely confident that
it is within my capabilities as a relative newcomer to Squeak.
