[SoC] Mentors can assign themselves to projects

Hi all,

just checked our list of applications and was surprised that Google now  
provides the "I'm willing to mentor" button.

I've marked the projects which I'm willing to mentor and they went up the  
list and got another color.

I'd appreciate the other mentors do the same so we can see at a glance  
which applications match mentor's interest.
