[SoC] We got a Fifth slot

This probably is not going to get through to you all since I haven't had
time to fiddle with Mailman today but I thought I would let everyone
know that I managed to finagle one more slot out of Leslie Harmon
(actually, it was quiet easy, I just asked at the right time) and so we
now have 5 slots rather than just 4.
