[SoC] [Fwd: Deadline: Requests for Payments are due Feb 6]

I'm confused.  Is there something we should have done?  I thought you
claimed all of the payments for the use of the community and also I
wasn't aware of anyone other than you that attended the summit.  So I'm
not clear on why any of us would need to be aware of this reminder.
