[Squeak-cn] local setup for poor network condition

Hi,

Somebody told me that the installer hang there if there was a poor network
connection.
In order to sovle this problem, I created a local setup installer, please
try it as
the following steps:

First, you need a download tools which support resumable dowanloading, such
as NetAnts
or FDM(Free download manager) etc. Use your downloading tools to download
the following
files into one folder.

http://ftp.squeak.org/current_stable/win/Squeak-Win32-3.7.1-VM.zip
http://liuxinyu95.googlepages.com/SqueakPlugin-dev-zh-cn-init.image.zip
http://liuxinyu95.googlepages.com/SqueakPlugin-dev-zh-cn-init.changes.zip
http://liuxinyu95.googlepages.com/SqueakV3.zip
http://liuxinyu95.googlepages.com/zh-cn.translation
http://liuxinyu95.googlepages.com/squeak3.8chn_win_local.exe

After you finish all downloads, double click the
squeak3.8chn_win_local.exeexecutive program,
it will do the left jobs for you.
