[Win95] Bug: Recursive not understood error encountered

I just encountered a bug as follow:

While using Celeste to check my email, right after downloaded all the messages, an error dialog pops up: 'Recursive not understood error encountered'. At the time, I was using full screen Squeak and when the error occurs, the screen splits into two parts (Squeak window at the top and a debugger look-alike window at the bottom) with the bottom part as a scrolled window showing a stack of integers and symbols. I have absolutely no idea what the numbers mean. It looks like debugger info because I saw some symbols which resemble optimized block (i.e. >>[]). In addition, while I can scroll up and down in the bottom window, I can do absolutely nothing in the Squeak window. That is, no response at all on everything, including user interrupt. Finally, I have to use windows task list to kill the whole squeak environment.

--------------
In order to avoid another email,

1) Is it a known bug that when I exit a morph project, I have to 'restore display' everytime? Otherwise, the screen would really screwed up (e.g. it doesn't redraw overlapped/destroyed windows)

2) Del key doesn't work in Celeste editor (in Wintel anyway)

3) I created a lot of morph projects under 2.2 and I don't want to lose the settings, how could I 'save' them and reuse them in 2.3? I thought that it must be trivial but I couldn't find an option for saving /exporting a project.

Thanks.
